Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RoadSafe AD platform and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. The Service — decision support, not a substitute for professional judgement

RoadSafe AD is an AI-assisted tool that helps qualified road safety auditors prepare Road Safety Audits. Its outputs are a draft first pass intended to be reviewed, edited, verified and signed off by a competent, appropriately qualified road safety auditor. The Service does not perform a Road Safety Audit on its own, does not provide engineering or professional advice, and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any safety-critical decision. You remain fully responsible for the content of any audit, report or decision you issue.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for: the accuracy and lawfulness of the material you upload; holding the rights and any necessary permissions to upload it; the professional review and sign-off of every output; and your compliance with all applicable laws, standards and the requirements of the relevant authorities (including the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport and the Integrated Transport Centre).

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe present a security or legal risk.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, access data you are not authorised to access, upload unlawful content, or use it to produce deliverables you are not professionally qualified to issue.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the material you upload and the outputs generated for your projects. We retain ownership of the Service, its software and its underlying knowledge base. You grant us a limited licence to process your material solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on Service outputs that have not been independently reviewed and signed off by a qualified auditor. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
